METALLURGICAL MICROSCOPE TYPE RV3 USB
For the first time in India, this is the only Inverted Metallurgical microscope which has a built in CCD camera & equiped with a USB Port to plug it directly to your computer for Instant photography & Image analysis. One more Video out port to connect it to a TV monitor. Microstructure image with outstanding clarity & resolution is simultaneously seen in the binoclular head, Computer monitor & or TV. Seprate computer interfacing attachment ( at item 5) is not required for this microscope.

Microscope Type ESM1T, VMM4, VMM6 & INBT2 can be Interfaced to your own computer to give instant photographs of the Microstructure image. This attachment enables you to take sharp & clear Microstructure photographs & & their printouts instantly. The Image can be viewed on computer monitor. The image can be saved on computer hard disk & you can maintain a permanent record of your inspected samples .The saved photographs can be sent to your vendors or clients by Email.In absence of the computer it can be seen on TV This attachment is very much necessary If Image analyzer software is to be used

Set of graduated eyepiece
10mm scale divided into 100 parts is mounted inside 5x and 10x eyepieces.The scale can be focussed by movement of the eyepiece cap. These are used for measurement of case depth, decarb depth, flex size etc.

Cold setting Resin
When the specimen is of odd shape or size tp hold it while polishing it becomes essential to mount it. (One pack Consists Liquid 400 ml + powder 400 gm)
Die Set
For mounting the specimens with above cold setting They are kept face down in the die set & cold setting resin in 1:1 powder liquid proportion is poured in cavity. Mounted specimens become ready in five minutes. Mould diameter 25,32,38 & 50 mm.Thickness 15mm
